As we move closer to the theatrical release on September 20 and 23, we are working tirelessly to ensure this film reaches those who are most in need of the way of beauty. Our goal is to fill 1,000 theaters with seekers and skeptics alike, inviting them to encounter Christ through these stone masterpieces. This outreach requires significant financial support from our Word on Fire family. Will you make a gift today to help us promote this film and reach as many souls as possible?

Located about 75 miles north of Paris, Our Lady of Amiens is the largest Gothic cathedral in France and a pinnacle of high Gothic architecture. It is so vast that it can shelter 10,000 people—roughly the entire population of the city during the Middle Ages. One of its most striking features is the octagonal labyrinth engraved in the nave’s pavement, representing a symbolic road where man meets God. Traditionally, pilgrims walked this path on their knees to reach the center as they came to venerate the relics of St. John the Baptist.
The cathedral is also a “sermon in stone,” adorned with countless sculptures of saints, biblical figures, and even relief carvings of the virtues and vices. From its uneven towers that can still be climbed today to its famous flamboyant gargoyles and chimeras, every detail was designed to lead the mind from the earthly to the divine. In the film, Bishop Barron shows how these narrative tools continue to speak to us today, offering a gateway to God for a world searching for truth.
We rely on your generosity to continue this mission and make the theatrical debut of Heaven in Stone and Glass a success. Please make a gift today to help Word on Fire showcase the beauty, goodness, and truth of our Catholic faith through the art of film.
God bless you,
The Word on Fire Team
P.S. We rely on your partnership to ensure this film reaches those who need to see it most. As a token of our gratitude, we’ve prepared a series of exclusive donor gifts for those who support this mission.
