No lettuce, please

Lettuce at Taco Bell restaurants has been linked to an ongoing cyclosporiasis outbreak that has sickened more than 1,600 people in in five states, federal health officials say.

The FDA's investigation has identified a single supplier of iceberg lettuce from Mexico used by Taco Bell location in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia, the agencies said late Thursday. The outbreak has especially hit Michigan hard.
