Wisconsin protests follow police press conference |
Madison, Wisconsin, officials named Corey Ruiz as the man who died after an officer-involved shooting on July 22. Videos of the attempted arrest and shooting, reviewed and verified by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel , part of the USA TODAY Network, showed three officers struggling with the man. Officers can be heard yelling "he's got a knife." Another officer approaches and shouts "Taser" and attempts to use a stun gun on the man, who appears to fall over or is pulled down by an officer. As the man is on the ground, one of the officers shoots the man three times and another officer briefly covers her mouth with her hand

The retirement regret problem |
Americans are retiring sooner than they expect , and most retirees wish they had done a better job saving: Let’s say a worker plans to save $500,000 to retire at 65 and to use the savings and Social Security to fund a 20-year retirement. Now, let’s say that worker gets laid off at 60 and can’t find another job. That means they have five fewer years to save for retirement.
