Charles won't meet Epstein survivors

King Charles III, whose brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been accused of sexually abusing girls during his friendship with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, will not meet with Epstein survivors or their families during his upcoming trip to the United States, Buckingham Palace told USA TODAY. The Palace cited the potential for compromising "ongoing police inquiries," while saying they "fully understand and appreciate the survivors’ and their advocates' position."

"Look me in the face." The brother of Virginia Giuffre, who accused Epstein and Mountbatten-Windsor of sexual abuse and who died by suicide last year, has a message for King Charles.
President Donald Trump had nothing but praise for Charles even as U.S.-British relations are strained.

DOJ rolls back medical marijuana restrictions

The Department of Justice is easing curbs on medical marijuana products allowed by states, reclassifying them as less dangerous substances in another step toward changing federal policy and opening the door to research into the drug's potential medicinal value.

Acting AG Todd Blanche signed an order Thursday that moves medical marijuana products approved by the FDA to to a less-strict Schedule III, which Blanche said "allows for research on the safety and efficacy of this substance, ultimately providing patients with better care and doctors with more reliable information.
