| Hi, Normally I'd save a product launch for Sunday. But H2Tab went live yesterday I'm excited to share it with you. I know this might sound a bit woo-woo, but I've been taking hydrogen-enriched water tablets every morning for a month. I know how this sounds - trust me. Just to be clear, but I really like how I feel after taking them. I'm not alone, the reviews are also very positive. In case you ever wonder, I'm not paid to send these emails, and I've tried to write this email 5 times to make it not sound like a promo, I just genuinely like this new product find. It's also not expensive, so low risk to try it. Before I wrote this, I checked with our medical experts to make sure I could talk about this responsibly (i.e. is this just hype or is there something to it), and they all agreed it's worth discussing - even if they don't fully understand exactly what's happening at a cellular level. And I'm not alone. Andrew Huberman has covered the potential for hydrogen water to "improve hydration and provide subjective benefits like increased energy." Dana White, UFC President, credits hydrogen water as a key part of his dramatic health transformation, and Jon Jones reportedly uses 25-minute hydrogen water baths nightly for recovery. It's really big in the boxing/MMA community for post fight pain and inflammation. The "woo woo" part: I feel good. Every single day. More productive, clearer thinking. I know, I know - but I think I'm hooked. It is the mental acuity for me that is the biggest benefit. The science part: Hydrogen tablets dissolve in water and create molecular hydrogen (H2), which acts as a selective antioxidant. It crosses cell membranes easily and may reduce oxidative stress, support cellular energy, and improve recovery. Studies show benefits for athletes, inflammation, and brain function. Why H2Tab specifically? I've tried Cymbiotika and Quicksilver before, we also sell their hydrogen tabs. They're good, but I was taking way too little. After talking with Cole Brecka (CEO at H2Tab), I learned I needed more - a lot more. H2Tab delivers 12 parts per million (ppm) - the highest concentration per tab. And Cole told me to take 3-4 tabs every morning, not just one. Flavored vs. Unflavored: Both work great. The unflavored is neutral - perfect if you want to mix it with other drinks (I sometimes add a scoop of Pillar Triple Mag). But my go-to is the flavored H2Tab. It turns this routine into something I actually look forward to. When and how to use it: Everyday is best, but if you a miss a day, that's not a big deal. If you don't take it every morning, then after extra hard workouts, travel, or a late night (it's a miracle). The routine is simple: plop 4 tabs in about 10 to 12 oz of water, let them fizz for about 2 minutes until they start floating, then chug it. Cole says it's still effective for 15 minutes, but it's most potent right away. Should you try it? I think for the $30 investment and how I good I've felt, it is definitely worth it. You should decide for yourself, but I wouldn't be sharing if I didn't think it was worth trying. I'm sure there's value in consistent long-term use, but for me it falls in that rare category of take it and feel it benefits the same day. Get H2Tab here and hit me back after you try it (or post a review). I'm curious how you like it. - Matt Founder The Feed. |
