Dear Friend, Last year, Word on Fire launched the Master of Arts in Evangelization & Culture in partnership with The Catholic University of America, Bishop Barron's alma mater. Since then, men and women from across the country have enrolled, eager to be formed for the work of evangelization in today's culture. The program brings together lay leaders, educators, professionals, and others who feel called to proclaim the gospel more effectively in their spheres of influence. Through rigorous engagement with theology, philosophy, culture, and evangelization, students receive the intellectual and pastoral formation needed to speak the truth of Christ with clarity and confidence in a secularized and technologically saturated world. Among those who have expressed strong interest in the degree are priests. Many priests desire this advanced formation to strengthen their preaching and pastoral ministry. However, priests often have limited personal income and constrained resources, making graduate study financially difficult. For this reason, we established the Master's Scholarship Fund, dedicated specifically to helping priests pursue this degree.
