Obesity on the rise in the US |
A new study found that adult obesity in the U.S. has gone up significantly over the last 30 years — and researchers say the number of obese adults will continue to grow. The study, released Tuesday in the Journal of American Medicine, found 19.3% of adults were living with obesity in 1990. By 2022, they found, 42.5% of U.S. adults were obese.
