Good day. It's the first Monday of a new month and Spring is speeding towards us. So let's start the month with some good opinion from the USA TODAY team.

Today we start with a column that examines the free-speech rights of students and a lawsuit where a district is holding fast against "Let's Go Brandon".

The students, who oppose President Biden, were expressing their political beliefs – they weren't causing any disruption at their Michigan school.
