Nearly 1 in 10 U.S. businesses said they plan to lay off workers during the final three months of the year, according to a new survey. As if dealing with a global pandemic weren't enough, many retailers are worried about what might happen after Election Day.  Finally, we realize it's Monday, so let's focus on something we can all agree is fantastic: free food.
