Bloomberg and Vegas, of course we're watching

Tonight's Democratic presidential debate is expected to be a fiery exchange of sick burns and policy debate. Why? Well, former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg will make his debate debut and the rest of the candidates are expected to come out swinging for any number of reasons.

Bloomberg could be asked about:

His refusal to release women from confidentiality agreements they've signed relating to allegations of a hostile work environment at his company;
His past descriptions of transgender people as "he, she, or it" and as dress-wearing men who enter girls' locker rooms.
His past support for the controversial "stop-and-frisk" police strategy.

So what else is going on with the 2020 candidates?

Sanders' 'Medicare for All' slows him down in Nevada caucuses.
Vermont's Republican governor endorses Bill Weld, not Trump, in 2020 GOP presidential primary
Bloomberg qualifies for next two debates, trails only Sanders in recent poll
Bloomberg will sell his company if he's elected president

Meanwhile, in Trump campaign news

President Donald Trump will take his re-election campaign to Arizona tonight, literally during the Vegas presidential debate. The shade.

Trump carried Arizona by 3.5 percentage points in 2016 over Democrat Hillary Clinton, but political experts expect the presidential race to be tighter this year. His remarks in Phoenix are expected to focus on the economy, judicial nominees and his recent Senate acquittal on impeachment charges.
