We 'spring forward' soon, but that extra daylight may be bad for you

Daylight saving time begins on March 9, 2025, at 2 a.m. local time. Hawaii and most of Arizona do not observe daylight saving time. Because of its desert climate, Arizona doesn't follow daylight saving time (with the exception of the Navajo Nation).

As we prepare for clocks to 'spring forward,' it's crucial to consider that the promise of extra daylight comes with a significant hidden health cost.
