Hi,
This week I reached out to our top pros with a survey of what products they were using. I got all the votes and here are the top things our pros are using (and loving) right now that you might want to add to your routine.
First, if you are saying "I'm not a pro, I don't need these." That's the kind of thinking I want you to reconsider. These products are, relatively, not very expensive. The best part is you will get even MORE out of these products than the pros do.
The real secret of the pros is they use these products more in training than even in racing. They use them to push harder in training and get more "training effect" as the experts call it. They push their limits and rebuild themselves stronger.
1. Narwhals (NEW!)
I'm so excited for this one. I'll do a dedicated email shortly. Palm cooling is going to be the biggest thing in sports performance in the next few years.
You are literally cooling your core body from your palms. Here's an analogy: your body is your engine. Your blood is your coolant. Your palm and the Narwhal is your radiator. You're going hard, your engine is too hot, and it slows you down (you can't control this). Cool your blood quickly and your engine temperature drops, and you go faster again. It's that simple.
Palm cooling is not new, but it was expensive, not portable, and awkward to use. The Narwhals solve all of this. No electronics. Just physics. It works for up to 2 hours in almost all situations. Even in super hot outdoor workouts, you should expect 90 minutes.
I didn't believe it would stay cold. I tested it inside, outside, in the heat. They legit stay cool. Remember you also don't want them freezing for the same reason you don't just put your hands in a cooler of ice: that causes the opposite effect as your hands shut down blood flow. You need your cooling at close to 12.9 degrees Celsius, and that is exactly what the Narwhals do.
The best part: a Narwhal is only $199. You can't buy more performance per dollar anywhere.
How to use it: freeze the small ice pack inside, add water, then hold it between intervals, sets, sprints, or at a rest or aid station. Two minutes between sets and you'll feel the difference.
My hardest interval sets are where I almost always fade and have to drop intensity. With the Narwhal, I completed them without folding. My last workout I was holding one Narwhal for 2 minutes between treadmill running sets. Best results I've ever put up.
I predict we will see these on every pro sports bench and at every ultra run aid station this summer. Also on the sidelines of all the upcoming FIFA World Cup competitions. By the 2028 Olympics and the LA summer heat, these will be the game-changer for who gets on the podium.
But you don't need to wait. I've got them for you today. I worked with the founders to secure an exclusive supply for Feed athletes. They are in stock and ready to ship.
One or two? The creators say two is about 50% better, not 2x better. If you can reach your cooling goal in 3 minutes, two Narwhals gets you there in 2 minutes. I'm using one right now. You can always add another later.

2. BiCarb
Talking about feeling like it's cheating. BiCarb is exploding this year. Sales are up 300%.
Maurten BiCarb is the original. We now have FlyCarb, back in stock after selling out in two days last month. Both are equally effective. The difference is price (FlyCarb is 40% less expensive per serving) and taste: Maurten is very sweet, FlyCarb is very salty. Stomach protection is about the same, with maybe a slight edge to Maurten.
What does it do? BiCarb buffers lactic acid. Just like your core overheating, lactic acid and the change in pH level in your muscles is your body's way of telling you to slow down. BiCarb buffers that pH change and lets you keep going hard. Sticking with the engine analogy: this is like removing the limiter.
Timing is critical. Two hours before your workout or race. You need to digest it. You could go earlier, but efficacy may fade. Some athletes have done it the night before an early race and still felt the benefit.
You don't need to be a pro. I shared it with my back surgeon's assistant last week. He's aiming for a 3:30 marathon this month and called it an absolute game-changer after the first time.
Maurten BiCarb System -- $70 for 4 servings
FlyCarb BiCarb -- $9.99 per serving
3. Sleep
I can't sell you anything better than a better night's sleep. Since last year, nothing has done that better than Dream Shot. If you haven't tried it, today is your chance, and you get 25% Feed Credit for trying it.
Dream Shot was a product I created to solve my own sleep problems. I was a 60s to 70s sleep score and couldn't break it. My biggest issue was waking up at night and struggling to get back to sleep. But your issue might be different: falling asleep, staying asleep, getting more restorative REM sleep.
Dream Shot was formulated with only 6 ingredients to address all 3 stages of sleep. So no matter what keeps you from a 90s sleep score, Dream Shot has an ingredient to help.
I won't say it works for everyone. Sleep is the single hardest thing to solve. But over 70% of our athletes reported it works for them. Over 50% said they noticed increases in their sleep scores.
Try it. Sleep better. Nothing is better than waking up feeling like a new person.
Try Dream Shot -- $3.99 serving / $23.95 for 6
4. Nitric Oxide Pro
This was the most used product across all our pro athletes. Some are still on the original Nitric Oxide, but the vast majority switched to Nitric Oxide Pro.
More oxygen-rich blood to your muscles means you stay aerobic longer. You delay going anaerobic, which is when lactic acid starts to build and your pH shifts, telling your body to slow down.
It's a one-two punch with BiCarb. Nitric Oxide Pro keeps your lactate stable for longer. When you do tip over, BiCarb kicks in to buffer it.
SwissRX Nitric Oxide Pro -- $69.95 / 30 servings
5. Tart Cherry Plus
Amacx launched a ready-to-drink Tart Cherry product last year. It was a massive success at the Tour de France. We just launched the updated formula with 25% more anthocyanins, the active ingredient. Same price, more effective.
It helps with post-workout inflammation and recovery. The pros are all swearing by it. And I just love the taste. Not too sweet, though it does have 30g of carbs, which you want post-workout. Also a great non-alcoholic, pro-move cocktail when mixed with tonic or soda.
Amacx Cherry Juice+ -- $6.50 single / $72 for 12
