Abrego Garcia ordered freed

A Salvadoran immigrant whose deportation to a prison for terrorists became a flashpoint in the fight over the Trump Administration's immigration practices and policies has been ordered freed from prison by a federal judge. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident, was mistakenly deported in March, then returned to the U.S., where he's been fighting for his freedom ever since. He's faced charges of human trafficking, and his legal battles may not be over as the Justice Department said it would appeal.

Affordability on the agenda for many

As President Trump touts the state of the economy, alternately saying it's on the rebound and calling affordability concerns a Democratic-led "hoax," Americans are feeling the pinch of rising costs, and making sacrifices to make ends meet.
