Academy Award-winning actor Gene Hackman, his wife, Betsy Arakawa, and one of their dogs were found dead Wednesday at their home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Trump said Thursday that his proposed 25% tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico will take effect Tuesday.
