Good evening. It's Monday and Halloween is speeding towards us. But today we're here to talk about "civil forfeiture". It's as bad as it sounds.

Imagine being innocent of a crime but still losing your property just because it's something the government can do off mere speculation.

Today we're offering a story of one family's fight with that very nightmare.

"They did not arrest me, accuse me of wrongdoing or issue a citation. Yet they seized my car and left me stranded 15 miles from home."
