Recession less likely, but West and South may feel it |
In the South, the odds are similar at 34.7%. While home prices did increase in the South after the pandemic, experts predict a dip next year. But, paired with inflation, household budgets are feeling the pressure after seeing prices for goods and services increase. And mortgage delinquencies, especially in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana, were among the highest in the country last year. |

Chipotle announced the return of the Chipotle Carne Asada Quesadilla for a limited-time, which will be available exclusively through the Chipotle app. It was first introduced in 2019, made a return in 2020, and then became one of the most requested items on social media, the company said.
