Research has shown an uptick in women RV buyers in recent years.

Addison Brown, seen here on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Cascio Motors in Scottsdale, Arizona, is fighting to regain custody of four Ford F-150 pickups she purchased legally with legitimate Arizona titles for an estimated $300,000. A car dealership that Brown co-owns with her husband was raided by armed police officers on Dec. 23. After Cascio purchased the pickup trucks, Ford reported them stolen. Delay and inaction by Ford has tainted the reputations of businesses   large and small in the Phoenix area. Now Brown has been banned from buying at auction or borrowing money for the company while also having to pay off all bonds that protected her dealership. She has been battered financially after unknowingly selling to an auction house a stolen vehicle that had not been reported stolen by Ford.

The Tesla Supercharger Network will be open to GM EV drivers starting in 2024. GM says it will have adapters available for its EV owners by spring.

Detroit auto show promises twice as many brands, EV education

The Detroit Auto Dealers Association announced the 2023 dates as organizers face mounting an appealing show despite automakers' reduced participation.

Hyundai and Kia are recalling more than 550,000 cars and minivans in the U.S., Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021,  because the turn signals can flash in the opposite direction of what the driver intended. The recall covers Hyundai's Sonata midsize car from the 2015 through 2015 model years, and Sonata gas-electric hybrids from 2016 and 2017. Kia's Sedona minivan from   2015 through 2017 also is affected.

According to the lawsuit, some models sold by the automakers came without engine immobilizers preventing the engine from starting without a key.

GM invests $1B in Flint factories to make new heavy-duty pickups

GM will retool and expand two of its factories in Flint to support the production of next gen heavy-duty pickups.

Shelby American announced Friday, June 2, 2023 it would reopen production of the classic 1963 Shelby "Dragonsnake" Cobra. Only five will be made, starting at $750,000 apiece. This roadster is painted to mimic the original raced by Bruce Larson, a legendary drag racer.
