President Biden's stance on spending cuts tested in debt ceiling meeting with McCarthy | White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre reaffirmed President Joe Biden's unwillingness to negotiate the debt ceiling ahead of his meeting Tuesday with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
