5 people missing after Iowa building collapse |
Two people are thought to be trapped inside a partially collapsed apartment building in Davenport, Iowa, city officials said Tuesday, more than 36 hours after the rear face of the structure came down. The two people are part of a group of five that are unaccounted for in the wake of the collapse. City officials have offered conflicting information about the possibility of residents still trapped inside and raised questions about the timeline for tearing down the six-story structure. Russia issues arrest warrant for Sen. Lindsey Graham |
Sounds like Lindsey Graham won't be traveling to Russia anytime soon. Russia's Interior Ministry issued an arrest warrant for Graham after the South Carolina Republican's comments related to the fighting in Ukraine. In an edited video of his meeting Friday with Zelenskyy, Graham noted that "the Russians are dying" and described the U.S. military assistance to the country as "the best money we've ever spent." |

Former first lady Rosalynn Carter diagnosed with dementia |
The wife of former President Jimmy Carter and longtime mental health advocate Rosalynn Carter has dementia, her family announced Tuesday. Rosalynn Carter, now 95, remains at home in Plains, Georgia, with her husband of 77 years, Jimmy Carter, 98, who has been at home receiving hospice care since early this year. Rosalynn Carter has spent decades urging for better access to care and decreasing the stigma around mental health issues.
