Just a heads-up that a former American president is about to be arraigned on criminal charges. It's kind of historic, so plan your Tuesday accordingly. 

No doubt your social media feeds and news sources will be overrun with coverage of Donald Trump's big day. 

So we figured, what the heck, why not post a column looking at this news development. Specifically, our column asks a very simple question. How strong is the case against Trump?
