Happy (rainy) Monday, at least it is where I am. I understand some of you might have had a blizzard and others maybe, the first snow, in years!

It's still tax season, but there are so many other stories happening this week, including a big one - student loans. Everyone's on tenterhooks because oral arguments for and against Biden's plan to forgive student debt begin before the Supreme Court Tuesday . Not only is the fate of millions of Americans and their student loans at stake, but also presidential power. Does the president have the power to cancel student loans or does that require an act of Congress? The outcome of the case could expand or limit future executive powers, observers say.
