In today's Daily Money newsletter, we've got insights on Gmail storage, Toyota's election giving and single-family home rents. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Good morning, Daily Money friends, it's Nathan hoping you had a great weekend!

I'm old enough to remember when Google promised that Gmail would have no storage limits. Yeah, well, if you're like me, you're paying the price for assuming that would last. Many people are now bumping up against Gmail's storage limits.

On to our ...

💡 INSIGHT OF THE DAY: There's plenty of gasoline. Just not enough truck drivers to get it to stations efficiently. That's why there have been sporadic outages at certain stations, completely unrelated to the recent Colonial Pipeline shutdown.

📰 And here are more stories you won't want to miss:

1. In this case, the past isn't prologue: Honda plans to introduce its first electric SUV, the Prologue.

2. Which companies are giving to anti-election-certification Republicans after the Capitol insurrection? Toyota tops the list, and it's not even close.

3. Rents are soaring for single-family homes. Many people have been looking to rent one instead of an apartment during the pandemic.

4. How are your finances shaping up this year? It might be time for a mid-year review by asking yourself these critical questions.

5. "Hot honey" is apparently having a moment. Now you can get it on a Shake Shack chicken sandwich beginning Thursday.

Go right ahead and indulge, dear readers. This is a judgment-free zone.
