At the same time, a top Chinese official is expected in Washington for what could be the last round of talks in a damaging trade war. Jussie Smollett's case file may be unsealed A judge on Thursday is set to weigh whether to unseal records related to dropped charges against the actor, who'd been accused of staging a hate crime in Chicago. Then Friday, the parties are due to argue over the appointment of a special prosecutor to review how the state's attorney's office handled the case.
