It's scheduled for 8 p.m. Singapore time, 8 a.m. ET. President Trump said he'll know within 60 seconds if Kim Jong Un is serious about negotiating, saying in Quebec Saturday, "Within the first minute, I'll know. My touch, my feel, that's what I do." Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the only way sanctions on North Korea will be lifted will be if they completely give up their nuclear weapons program. Mueller's Latest Charges:
Former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort and his associate Konstantin Kilimnik were indicted Friday. Mueller's office accused the men of obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice. When Trump was asked Friday if he'd consider pardoning Manafort and his attorney Michael Cohen, he said he "hadn't thought about it."
