The Fabulous Feathers of Moulin Rouge

In Paris, France, you can't have cabaret without glimmering rhinestones, dazzling sequins, or, most importantly, feathers. Since 1929, Maison Février has been responsible for adorning cabaret performers in an extravagant array of gear and garb. Today, under the watchful eye of Editte Février, the latest generation of the "feather family" continues the legacy, spending months creating showstopping garments for the storied cabaret, Moulin Rouge.

Running With Epilepsy

Katie Cooke is a 20-year-old competitive runner from Dublin. Due to an aggressive form of epilepsy, she experiences up to 14 seizures a day. Despite her condition, Cooke hasn't let anything stand in the way of her love for running. 

Wedding Food for a Cause

All around the world, food waste is a serious problem with no one easy solution. One Indian man is doing his part to address the issue. In 2014, Padmanaban Gopalan started No Food Waste—a nonprofit that helps redistribute untouched food from weddings and other events to the needy.
