Before Nicole was born, Ed was already laying down the tracks for his daughter to follow. As a beatbox artist, Ed was busting beats while Nicole was still in the womb. Today, the father-daughter duo jam together as "The Mentor" and "The Apprentice," creating viral beatboxing battles that set the internet ablaze.

A Michelin-Starred Meal for $1.50

Chan Hon Meng is the master chef behind "Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle," the food cart home to the cheapest Michelin-starred meal in the world. Ringing in at a mere $1.50, Meng's perfected braised chicken recipe was passed down to him by his uncle. Now, he's serving hundreds of meals a day out of his hawker in Singapore. 

Livin' the Dream With YouTube's Most Popular Treasure Hunter

Jake Koehler is a pretty regular dude. He loves surfing, fishing, freediving and hanging out at the Chattahoochee River in Columbus, Georgia. Jake's found a lot of cool stuff on his dives, from GoPros and iPhones lost by rafters to knives and pistols. Jake started filming his adventures, and his river treasure hunting videos have really taken off on his YouTube channel.
