The MAGA Anthem You Didn't Know You Needed: By the woman who wore the Trump dress to the Grammys

This is Ridiculous, Congress: Women can't wear sleeveless tops or dresses to parts of the Capitol

Dress Like the First Lady: Melania Trump's $2,650 dress is made of a scuba-like fabric

What the White House Is Talking About:
President Donald Trump's long, chest-thumper of a speech this morning in Poland.

What the White House Press Corps Is Talking About:
Trump's tirade against terrorism in his speech -- lots of buzz about his line, "The fundamental question of our time is whether the West has the will to survive." Also his passage about tightening immigration rules, which played well in Poland, but probably not so much with the rest of Europe's leaders. And, he solidified that he in fact *is* supportive of NATO's Article 5. Trump and the first lady now go to Germany for the G20 summit -- follow here for live updates.

Trump on Russia Meddling, "Nobody Really Knows":
"It could have been other people in other countries," Trump said this morning. The President, during a joint press conference with his Polish counterpart, Andrzej Duda, cast doubt on the (thoroughly investigated) suggestion that Russia meddled in the US election. "No one knows," he said. "No one really knows for sure." That assessment probably isn't going to go over well with the US intelligence community.

Our Daily Melania:
I wrote a story about how Melania Trump should, and could, parlay her popularity abroad into lasting relationships with the the spouses of leaders she's met during this trip, the way other first ladies have in the past. This trip, like the first one she took abroad with her husband in May, is another opportunity to see the first lady on a day-to-day public schedule, which still hasn't happened in full back home.

This is a picture of the first lady this morning in Warsaw visiting the Copernicus Science Centre with Polish first lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda. She's holding a stiletto that was made with a 3-D printer. The whole thing feels very meta to me, and I can't stop looking at her ring. Hi, I'm Kate.

Guys, Mark Knoller Is a Legend and I Love Him:
CBS News' Mark Knoller is literally an icon in the realm of White House correspondents. He's a living encyclopedia of presidential factoids, and he also tweets stuff like this, which seriously made my day.

Wait, Did Something Happen with POTUS and CNN While We Were Off?:
I kid, I kid. Seriously, though, if you want to know how CNN is handling the Trump issue, and what we're doing about it (spoiler: continuing to focus on the work, as we always do), read this interview with CNN's president, Jeff Zucker. Fun takeaway: White House press secretary Sean Spicer has a copy of the CNN sketch artist's rendering of himself at the podium last week, hanging in his office.
This is Ridiculous, Congress:
Wait, women can't wear sleeveless tops/dresses to the House chamber and speaker's lobby, but Ivanka Trump can basically wear them to work every day in the White House? I particularly dig the chutzpah of the reporter in this story who, told she couldn't enter without sleeves to cover her beat, ripped pages ouf of her notebook and tucked them into her top to "MacGyver" a sleeve situation. She still didn't get in, but well played, young grasshopper.

Dress Like the First Lady:
So I'm already really liking what the first lady is wearing for this trip, including the loose Valentino windowpane trousers she wore departing the White House, which I'm totally coveting but can in no way afford. Sad! Today, however, she's gone with some color and a bold print by Delpozo, the Spanish fashion house. I personally love, love, love Delpozo, and while this dress isn't my favorite from the 2018 Resort collection, it was a cool choice. The dress, made of a scuba-like fabric, retails for $2,650 at Bergdorf Goodman

What Washington Is Talking About:
Rep. Steve Scalise has been readmitted to the intensive care unit over concerns of an infection, and his condition is listed as serious, his office said. Scalise was released from the ICU less than two weeks ago after he was injured in a shooting last month during a congressional GOP baseball practice in Alexandria, Virginia.

What America Is Talking About:
Rob Kardashian posting nude photos of his ex, Blac Chyna, online and accusing her of cheating on him. Her attorney, Walter Mosley, told People he is "exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time."

Poll of the Day:
Ahead of a face-to-face meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, 36% of Americans think Trump did nothing wrong in his dealings with Russia and Putin, compared with 29% who think he did something unethical and 25% who think he did something illegal, per a PBS NewsHour-NPR-Marist poll.

Putin's Propaganda-y Show:
It's called "Direct Line" and the plot is Putin goes into Russian towns to help citizens with their local problems and rags on ineffective bureaucrats for not solving them in the first place. More than 2 million people submitted requests for Putin to come to their town; "It's like winning the lottery," The Washington Post wrote. So weird and so propaganda-y.

How's That Request for Voter Data Going?:
Not well. The White House last week asked all 50 states and the District of Columbia to send voter data as part of its investigation into alleged voter fraud, which Trump claimed without evidence happened on a massive scale in the 2016 campaign, and 44 states and DC have refused, according to a count by CNN.

Lindsay Lohan Wants Everyone to Stop #Bullying Trump:
In case you were wondering what LiLo thinks of politics these days, she responded to a tweet that referred to Trump tweeting the video showing him beating up CNN with a call for us to "stop #bullying him & start trusting him."

Also, this weekend was Lohan's birthday (she's 31), and she invited her old crew of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton to celebrate with her in Greece, but it does not appear they attended.

Politics For Your Ears:
Guys, this is the MAGA anthem you didn't know you needed. Joy Villa, the musician who wore the Trump dress to the Grammys, is out with a song called "Make America Great Again!" that you can stream here or on your streaming service of choice. Do you like it more or less than "Fight Song"? Email me your thoughts at coverlinehunter@cnn.com.

Kesha's Back:
Kesha is also out with new music. "Praying" is her first new song from a studio album of hers since 2013 following a messy legal battle. (The album Rainbows is scheduled to be released August 11.) I'm so happy for her :,).

Street Art Sighting:
I spent the Fourth of July holiday in San Diego, and I swear to you, I looked all over downtown for political street art, but I didn't find anything. (I did, however, get to watch an *amazing* fireworks show from a boat in the middle of San Diego Bay, which was my July Fourth wish come true)!

But I did get this shot of an "Immigrants & Refugees Welcome" yard sign from Pasadena, California, sent in by Lindy Hall. My first thought was you shouldn't put something like this up unless you do not have a fence up around your yard, because it feels like it'd be an invitation to be trolled.
